When you sign up for Progressive Groves Boot camp classes, you will get:

Boot camp prices are $25 per session with no contract to sign,  or $20 per session, with a commitment of 10 sessions or more, and $15 per session for any active personal training client of Greg, Diana, or Mari.

 

Outdoor classes tentatively start back up at Linus park (across from 177 Linus Road) on May 26th, 2012, weather permitting. Time will be at 10am

PROGRAM DESIGN PACKAGE NOW AVAILABLE:

With this we will create a fitness program specifically for you to do in your home or at a gym without the assistance of a trainer. Below is how I go about designing a specific program for you:

  • Phase 1 – A full consultation and assessment (which includes weight, hydration levels, and body fat percentage).
  • Phase 2 - A full program walk through, with review, and a demonstration of all exercises in your program. You will be shown how to use your existing fitness equipment, and potentially new equipment and exercises, as well as learning proper exercise techniques. You will be instructed by me on how to maintain a training journal to track your progress. The journal should list the exercises you will be doing, as well as the required weight, sets and reps.
  • Phase 3 - one 55 minute personal training session with a Certified Personal Training Specialist.

PROGRAM DESIGN CONTINUATION: Progression of your fitness program should occur no more than every eight weeks. This challenges your body, while increasing your fitness levels at a steady pace that's suited to you/your body, and will minimize your chances of plateauing. We will come to your home, office or gym (if applicable) to alter and update your existing program for you. Be advised that certain gyms do not allow you to bring in your own outside trainer.
